We can't keep Jim (Jgard) away from those undertail exhaust....he's going to burn himself one of these days. Previous pic here.

These are pictures from a group ride we did that started on a Subaru message board (www.nasioc.com).  It started off as a bigger group, but as the day got closer it shrunk down to 7 bikes and 1 chase car.  I knew all but 2 of the riders before the meet (the triumph and the Yamaha).  It was supposed to be cloudy, but as you can see from the pics it was very clear out, and very sunny.  All of us had sunburns by the end of the day, big red circle around your eyes and nose from the visor on the helmets.  Was a great ride, covered 300mi that day, others who started more south were up around 360-400mi by the time they got home.  No wrecks or close calls, everyone was nicely behaved.  Nice brisk pace, those that didn't want to run front fell back, everyone kept their own comfortable pace.  It's how a ride should go.  Will have to plan out the next one sometime soon.  Only one driving award (speeding ticket) was given out all day, and it was before he had caught up with the group.  All of us left for home with much smaller chicken strips on our rear tires.

TJ riding my 73 Kawasaki G5, I think he needs a bigger bike.

Rare view of me on my own site, I'm the one in the Honda leather jacket, black with a yellow wing.  I tend to be behind the camera vs in front of it.

John (johnysmoke) on the Triumph.

This was some hot bike swapping action, I'm on the white VFR a few bikes up, in the black leather.   A line of Corvairs, not something you see every day.

Doing my part to kill off those pesky flying bugs.

In typical fashion, I do my best to look stupid infront of the camera.  This one is for all of you who spot my speeling mistakes!

Still looking stupid doing the "you're cool" point.
