On Many of the Wednesday nights in the summer and fall a few friends will head up to New England Drag way for some 1/4 runs. Times are listed here. No laughing. |
One of the few times where I was suckered into letting someone else try the 929 out. This is my old college roommate Deven (sporty) going for a run up the street. |
Got a nice Picture from my Corrado of my brother on the 929. too bad I can't get as nice a picture of me on the bike. |
|
Riding up to Vermont one morning with a caravan of cars (pic taken from a Subaru WRX). I never knew when they were trying to take a picture, and spent too much time zipping past them to get a clear one. |
Another picture from the ride up to Vermont, headed up to see a Rally cross (which most of the Caravan was running in). |
My brother and I in tow of a Subaru 2.5RS that had been turboed. Later for laughs we raced him, I saw 172mph indicated, he said he got no where near that. |

Random shot out of the back of my brothers Miata |
Shot from a Silver WRX wagon on the way to Vermont. This car blew about every tire he had that day at the rallycross....so much for running low pressure. |
Just a picture of when the bike was new. Had been riding that day (with gear on) and left the bike in the driveway. Rain clouds were moving in so I headed out to move it and was talking when my brother took the picture. |

Wanted to demonstrate to my friend with the Suzuki GS500 how easy it was to get the rear spinning on the 929. |
Similar effort on the GS500. Took 2 people to get it to burn out. One to load up the clutch and throttle, and one to lift the rear of the bike so the tire would start to spin. Once spinning, the 2nd person would drop the rear and presto....GS500 doing a burn out. |
