Barnett clutch springs

Stock - Barnett

This was a "what the hell" mod.  I had the bike open to do the ignition advance and the new springs only cost about $12....why not!  Never had an issue with how the stock setup felt, wanted to see if this would be an improvement.  No road time as of yet thanks to some random spring time New England snow.  Little more effort needed to pull the clutch lever now.  Usually bikes have 6 clutch springs, people would use 3 stock and 3 Barnett springs to get things just right.  But the 929 has 5 springs, so it's all or nothing.  You don't want to unevenly load the clutch plates by using 2 or 3 of the new springs and cause the plates to warp.  I'll have to see how this feels in some stop and go traffic like we see in real life.  If it's too much strain on my left hand I may just swap the stock springs back in, not worth the discomfort.
