I have always loved the colors on the 2000 Y/B 929rr. To me (I may be biased) it was the best colors the 929 ever came in, though I'm a fan of the Erion paint also. One thing just always bugged me about the colors, the orange decals. I couldn't figure out why they picked that color, seems out of place on the bike. The decals in question are the "CBR" on the front of the bike, and the orange "RR" on the white tail of the bike. Lucky for us bike owners, tapeworks makes kits for just this type of thing. What you get is an overlay of the color you want to replace, in my case a white overlay for the orange. When you look at the white decal installed, the shadows are actually the stock decal, the white part is the new decal. It just covers up the orange. This way if you get sick of the white, you can just peel it off and the orange is intact below it. Same deal with the silver RR in the back, the silver is the decal, the dark gray shadow is the stock decal. Pretty clever setup, looks great in person. You'd never know by looking at it that it's not stock.
